At Byway, we aim to platform diverse voices in contemporary poetry who challenge the status quo and confront the complex issues of our time in their work. We strive to be an entry point for new readers, a resource for current ones, and a gathering place for a community compelled by the power of poetry.
We believe anyone can and should be able to find a home in poetry, and we’re here to spread the good words — one byway at a time.
OUR BOOKS
We carry new and used collections of contemporary poetry and strive toward a community-centered inventory - we welcome recommendations on what to carry in the shop!
Lastly, we know the power of having a poetry collection on your coffee table that you return to again and again. We aim to carry a number of pay-what-you-can titles with the goal of making poetry collection ownership more financially accessible.
